Generous w meat topping. Too little of the vegetable topping. Would prefer more balanced. Crust was undercooked. Good service fast.

Domino's had been pretty good over the last couple of years, however when we ordered it for store pick up the other day (breadsticks and a medium two-topping pizza), it was terrible. The breadsticks were laying in a layer of oil (so much, that if you slope the box, it would flow). In addition, the pizza was not edible because it was burnt (the bottom of the pizza was dark brown and harder than cardboard). It will be a long time before we will give this Domino's location another chance.

I'll admit it, the new ad campaign and a coupon for a free pizza made me want to try Domino's again. I hadn't tried it in nearly 10 years because I only remember it tasting like squishy cardboard and grease. I'm very glad I did. Since the free coupon, I've ordered from here twice. I've never had high expectations but I have been very pleasantly surprised by how fast the pizza is ready and how friendly the people working there are. Is it the best pizza in town? No. Not by a long shot. But, is it better that it used to be? Oh yeah, tons better! The crust has flavor! It can still be a bit soft throughout and a tad greasy but I'm getting exactly what I expected. Big question - will I continue to order from them in the future? I will if I have a hankering for inexpensive, pretty tasty, chain pizza.

We ordered a gluten-free pizza from their menu, excited to see a national brand finally carried one. With gluten-free items, any cross-contamination can make a person with celiac VERY sick. On the way to pick up the pizza, my husband called to check their policies for gluten-free food. The person he was talking to hung up on him. When he got to the restaurant, he asked a couple of quick questions, and learned that the restaurant cuts their gluten-free pizza with the same cutter they use for their regular pizza. The employee was annoyed that my husband asked questions, and even interrupted him to answer his personal cell phone. Needless to say, we did NOT accept the pizza, and will NOT be returning.

Honestly, I forgot about Domino's. I hadn't eaten here in probably 20 years since my family preferred Little Caesar's and Papa John's was the college preference. However, I can across a coupon for a free medium pizza (thank you, Jiffy Lube!) so figured I'd give it a chance, especially considering their new ad campaign about changing their recipe, blah blah blah. Ummm, I have to admit I liked it! The pizza I got with the coupon was a little soggy but the crust was really good and garlicky. I tried it again a few weeks later and it wasn't soggy anymore, and was better than the first one I got prior. This still isn't my first choice for a pizza, but when I'm craving decent pizza and don't feel like waiting (only takes 10 minutes), this is my choice. Good job, Domino's.

Since I made my last review, the service and quality have greatly improved. My only gripe is that their online ordering system seems to go down quite frequently

Last time i ordered the pizza...they didn't even had the crushed pepper packets...infact when i asked the person was trying to sell the crushed pepper...not a good experience...sort of black spot for Dominos which otherwise is a good pizza company....prefer nearby pizza hut stores than this one.
